Refund Policy

When exam and course purchases can be refunded.
Before you start
Exam access is refundable while unused — i.e. before you begin your first attempt for that purchase — subject to applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
After you start
Once an attempt has begun, the exam is considered delivered and is non-refundable, except where required by law.
How to request
Contact support with your order ID. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
