Courses

AIPA's preparation courses are free. There is nothing to refund.

Exam access you have not used

Exam access is refundable in full for as long as it is unused — that is, before you begin the attempt it pays for. You do not need to give a reason. Declining the Candidate Agreement leaves your access unused.

Once you start

Once an attempt has begun, the exam is treated as delivered and is not refundable, whatever the result — except where the law where you live requires otherwise, or where the attempt is voided because of a fault on AIPA's side, in which case you receive a free replacement attempt (see Exam Rules & Online Proctoring).

There is no refund for an attempt voided for misconduct, or for access cancelled as a sanction.

If we withdraw or change the exam

If AIPA withdraws an exam, or replaces it with a new version, before you have used access you bought for it, you may choose access to the replacement exam or a full refund.

Team seats

Seats bought by an organisation follow the same rule: an unassigned or unused seat is refundable to the organisation; a seat that has been used for an attempt is not.

How to request a refund

Contact us with your order ID. Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days of approval. Fees charged by your bank, such as currency conversion, are outside our control.

If you open a payment dispute (chargeback) instead, exam access bought with that payment is suspended until the dispute is resolved.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
