A certificate is only worth the rigour behind it
Anyone can issue a PDF. These are the parts that make a result defensible — and they are engineering commitments, not marketing ones.
Answer keys never reach the browser
Forms are assembled and scored on the server, against a key persisted per attempt. A build-time lint fails the release if any client file so much as imports a key-bearing module.
Every gate is re-checked server-side
Entitlement, agreement, ID verification, attempt state, expiry and proctoring holds are all verified again on the server, whatever the interface showed.
A published examination blueprint
Domains, weights, cognitive demand and item-format rules are written down and reviewed — including what the credential explicitly does not claim to prove.
Appeals and accommodations exist
A documented appeals route and an accommodations process, because a certification decision a candidate cannot contest is not a certification decision.
