Privacy Notice
Version 1.0 · effective 1 June 2026
What personal data we collect and how we handle it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), learning progress, exam attempts and results, payment records (processed by our payment provider), and — where proctoring is used — identity-verification and session data.
How we use it
To deliver courses and exams, issue and verify credentials, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We apply data minimization and purpose limitation.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, India's DPDP Act 2023), you may have rights to access, correct, or erase your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Data residency
We record a residency region for your account so personal data can be stored in an appropriate location as our regional infrastructure expands.
Credential records
Issued credentials are independently verifiable. If you delete your account, the credential verification record may be retained (with personal data minimized) because third parties rely on it.
This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights prevail.
