Agreement

These terms apply when you create an account or use the AIPA platform. The policies linked from the Policies page form part of them; where a policy deals with something more specifically, the policy applies. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or over. You may hold one account, in your own legal name, and must keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

We cannot provide exams where doing so is prohibited by applicable sanctions or export-control law.

Courses and content

Course material is provided for your personal learning. You may not copy, republish, sell or use it to train AI models without our written permission. Course content is for education only and is not professional advice for any particular system.

Purchases

Prices are shown before you pay and include any discount applied. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. Organisations buying seats are responsible for assigning them to named individuals.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no attempts to access other people's data, extract exam content or answer keys, disrupt or overload the service, scrape it, or bypass its security. Automated access is allowed only through our published API with a valid key.

Credentials

AIPA issues independent professional certifications. They are not academic degrees or government-recognised qualifications. A credential is evidence that the holder met the published standard when assessed; it is not a guarantee of their future performance. AIPA's certification scheme is built to ISO/IEC 17024 and is not accredited to it.

Suspension and closure

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where it is safe to do so. Credential records continue as described in the Privacy Notice.

Liability

We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill, but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We version these terms and will tell you by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. These terms are between you and AI Practitioners Alliance, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. They are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory consumer protection in the country where you live.
