Candidate Agreement & Code of Conduct
Version 1.0 · effective 1 June 2026
The rules every candidate accepts before sitting an AIPA certification exam.
Identity & eligibility
You confirm that you are the registered candidate and that the account, payment, and exam session belong to you. You will not sit an exam on another person's behalf.
Examination integrity
You will not receive, give, or solicit assistance during the exam.
You will not copy, photograph, record, reproduce, or disclose any exam content. AIPA exam items are confidential and protected; sharing them (including to 'braindump' sites) is a serious violation that can void your result and bar future certification.
Consequences
Breaches may result in voided attempts, revoked credentials, and a ban from future AIPA exams. Confirmed misconduct may be published to the credential verification record.
Fair use of results
You may represent a credential you hold truthfully. You may not misstate the credential, its level, or its validity.
This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights prevail.
