Credential & Mark Use Policy

Version 1.0 · effective 1 June 2026

How holders may use AIPA credential titles, logos, and certification marks.

Who may use a mark

Only a person who currently holds a valid AIPA credential may use the corresponding title, certification mark, or logo, and only while that credential is valid (not expired, suspended, or revoked).

How it may be used

Represent the credential truthfully — its exact name, level, and validity dates. Do not alter the mark, imply accreditation that has not been granted, or suggest AIPA endorses your products or services.

Always tie a claim to your verifiable credential ID where practical (e.g., on a CV or profile).

Prohibited use

Using a mark for an expired, suspended, or revoked credential; using AIPA marks without holding the credential; or using them in a misleading way. Misuse may result in sanctions and is grounds for revocation.

On expiry or revocation

You must stop using the credential title and marks immediately if the credential lapses, is suspended, or is revoked.

This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights prevail.
